If your product cannot be repaired, there are two different possibilities:
- If the product is not under warranty, a replacement or refund will not be possible;
- If it is under warranty, the customer will have the choice of replacing it with another unit of the same product or, alternatively, with a different product. In the latter case, if the new product has a higher value, the customer will have to pay the difference; if it has a lower value, the difference will be refunded. When neither option is viable, a full refund of the amount paid may be issued.
